The Omen 24 hits all bases you’d expect from a modern budget-friendly monitor, with a 24in FHD IPS panel running at FHD resolution. While some may consider this a small screen size, relative to 27in alternatives, it’s perfect for this resolution netting an appreciably sharp pixel density of 91 pixels per inch (PPI). The dinky display also helps with focus in esports title, hence why you’ll often see professionals rocking this form factor.
Regardless of what games you play, though, you can expect a responsive and smooth experience thanks to the monitor’s 165Hz refresh rate. If you’re graduating from an ageing 60Hz display, you’ll immediately see and feel a difference on the Omen 24, with reduced input lag and increased motion clarity.
