LG UltraGear 45GR95QE-B is the steepest curved OLED gaming monitor on the market, bending to a whopping 800R. That’s so voluptuous that the 45in ultrawide’s practically hugging you. Fortunately, you don’t need to pay full price; a fetching discount makes this one of the best display deals we’ve seen in a while.

Cutting 33% off the tag, LG UltraGear 45GR95QE costs £1,144.98 on Amazon UK. Over in Germany, the same screen is 25% cheaper at €1,341.38. And over the Atlantic, a $500 reduction at Best Buy offers the monitor to US readers for $1,199.99. None of these deals will last long, though, so don’t hang around for too long.

It’s easy to believe curved monitors are just a gimmick, but they’re more useful than you’d think. Alongside greater immersion in your games, they have a little-known health benefit. Conforming to the shape of your eyes, your peepers strain less to perceive the peripheral images, keeping you in the game for longer. Just look at this beast below:

LG UltraGear 45GR95QE OLED gaming monitor's 800R curve as seen from above.

Of course, this UltraGear is much more than just its curve. It features a gripping 3440×1440 ultrawide resolution at a blisteringly fast 240Hz refresh rate. Not only does it grant you extra vision in FPS games, but it also gives you the opportunity to see your opponents before they spot you.

Since this is an OLED monitor, it has the quickest 0.03ms grey-to-grey response times, so it never misses a beat. A near-infinite contrast ratio gives it the deepest blacks possible. And HDR10 support bumps up the brightness, which is OLED’s biggest weakness.

You can try it out for yourself using Amazon’s 30-day return policy or Best Buy’s 15-day window. Best Buy Plus and My Best Buy Total members get 60 days, but you should be able to decide in the first week anyway.

This is just the latest discount we’ve discovered. We’re always on the hunt for savings, and you can keep in the loop by bookmarking our deals page, following us on X or Facebook, and subscribing to our free weekly newsletter.
