All this talk about a new Xbox console, and it’s still a couple of years away. In the here and now, you can get an Xbox Series X close to its best price ever on Amazon.
Through a combination of Microsoft’s pre-applied 15% discount and a £50 coupon, Series X falls to £359.99. You’ll need to click on the coupon yourself, which is located just below the pricing. It’ll tell you it’s applied once activated, but you won’t see the cost adjustment until the checkout.
The last time we saw Xbox Series X so cheap was at the back end of last year. It briefly fell to £349.99 before skyrocketing back up to £460. Much like that deal, we don’t expect this new coupon to last very long. It’s worth grabbing it now while it’s available, and you should still have plenty of money left over for some games.
What you get for your money is a machine that, pound-for-pound, rivals a gaming PC. It packs an NVMe SSD, 16GB of GDDR6 RAM, and AMD RDNA 2 graphics in a Zen 2 processor. If that’s a little too technical for you, it translates to zippy loading times in games and detailed 4K resolution at 120fps refresh rate. The latter two will depend on what games you play, scaling down for more intensive titles.

It’s far more affordable than buying the games for yourself, even if physical media sports a lot of deals.
Unfortunately, this console coupon is exclusive to the UK. Xbox Series X sits at full price in the US, while there are various discounts across European stores.
