It’s that time of the year when we buy cheaper games and never play them due to lack of time. Thousands of discounted games and DLCs await you during the Steam Autumn Sale, Valve’s next event that kicks off tomorrow.

The Autumn Sale takes place from November 21 at 18:00 GMT through to November 28. With it, we should see massive price cuts for most games and their expansions. Expect from basic 10% and 20% off new releases to the widely available 50% cuts on indie games. Old titles are likely to reach as high as 80% or 90%, especially on large bundles that include a series of games or a complete DLC set.

This is also a good opportunity to offer your friends one of their wishlisted games. Alternatively, you could troll them by gifting one of those cheap waifu games to stain their catalogue.

Don’t sweat it if you’re on a tight budget, though. You’ll soon have another chance to grab discounted games during the Winter Sale starting December 21 and ending by January 4, 2024. While waiting, maybe grab Half-Life for free. Or better yet, participate in our iiyama G-Master gaming monitors giveaway.

Alongside these discounts, you’ll also be able to nominate your favourite games across 11 categories for the Steam Awards. Valve even grants you a badge for casting your vote.

I’m personally eyeing discounts on three games: BattleBit Remastered, an FPS with basic graphics but excellent gameplay, Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty DLC with its new story and location, and Far Cry 6 to complete my series collection.

That said, what I am really hoping for is another fantastic system-breaking video from The Spiffing Brit.
