Amazon has really pushed the boat out with this early Prime Day Deal, enabling you to pick up a pair of Apple AirPods 4 for a bargain price. Right now, you can pick up a set without active noise cancellation (ANC) for just £79.80, saving you a massive £39.20 over the usual MSRP, and there’s a similarly-sized saving available on the ANC version too.

Apple AirPods 4
£119 £79.80
“Personalised Spatial Audio with dynamic head tracking3places sound all around you, creating a three‑dimensional listening experience for music, TV shows, movies, games and more.” – Apple
According to price trackers, this deal marks the lowest ever price for this earbud set, and by quite some margin. At this deal price of £79.80, you’re getting a genuine bargain here. They offer up to five hours of listening time on a single charge, and their case also acts as a charger, giving you a total of 30 hours without having to plug them in.
While that’s a fantastic price for a genuine set of Apple AirPods, I’d pay the extra money for the ANC model if you can spare the budget. Active noise cancellation is a game-changer when it comes to listening to music and podcasts when you’re out and about, particularly if you’re on a train or plane, as it effectively removes the distracting noise around you.

Apple AirPods 4 ANC
£169 £125.40
“AirPods 4 offer the option of Active Noise Cancellation. Powered by the H2 chip and upgraded microphones, it helps reduce low-frequency environmental noise — like plane engines and city traffic — before it reaches your ears.” – Apple
ANC used to be a feature reserved only for top-end models in Apple’s earbuds, but AirPods 4 introduced an option for it, and it’s well worth the extra cash. Enabling ANC will reduce your listening time to four hours rather than five on one charge (20 hours with the case), but that’s still a decent length of time.
As an added bonus, the ANC models can also be charged wirelessly with a Qi-certified power device, or an Apple Watch charger, unlike the standard AirPods 4. At this deal price of £125.40, they’re again at the lowest cost ever, according to price trackers.
Naturally, you’ll need to be a Prime member to take advantage of this deal, and it’s due to end on 26 June, while promotional stock is still available.
