If you often find your hand getting hot and sweaty during gaming sessions, then Noctua and Korean peripheral maker Pulsar Gaming Gears have a novel solution for you – a ventilated mouse with a small Noctua fan inside it. We’ve seen prototypes of this bizarre-looking contraption at tradeshows for a few years now, but it now has an official release date.
According to Pulsar, the Feinmann F01 Noctua Edition release date is 21 July, 2026, at 4pm Korean Standard Time (KST). The company also provided a summary of the key specs of the mouse in a post on X.
Clad in Noctua’s distinctive brown and beige livery, the mouse contains a 40mm Noctua NF-A4x10 fan, which can switch between five speeds via PWM.

The mouse itself features Pulsar’s XS-2 sensor, which supports 8kHz polling, with a very high resolution of 42K DPI, as well as Pulsar’s optical switches.
The fan and its circuitry do add to the weight, though, even with the many holes in this mouse’s carbon composite chassis. The original Pulsar Feinmann F01 weighed in at 46g, thanks to the many holes in its chassis, but the Noctua Edition weighs approximately 73g.
“Cool hands win,” said Pulsar Gaming Gears in the post, adding that the mouse offered “Cooling done right. Performance intact. That’s the first.” You can’t argue with the latter – this is definitely the first mouse with a Noctua fan to cool your hands.
