It’s spooky season and strange things are afoot. Man Utd have won three games on the trot, and just as peculiarly, PC graphics card prices are starting to look pretty good. We’ve already seen Radeon RX 9070 XT come down to where it ought to be, and if you’re of a GeForce persuasion, there’s an MSI offer worth knowing about.
From now until November 30, the Taiwanese manufacturer is offering up to a £100 Steam wallet code with the purchase of a qualifying GeForce RTX 50 Series graphics card. That amount sounds handy, however the offer is of course tiered, with £100 reserved for top-end RTX 5090 purchases. RTX 5080 nets £60, RTX 5070 Ti and RTX 5070 will top up your balance by £40, while an RTX 5060 Ti or RTX 5060 will return £20.

MSI RTX 5070 12G Inspire 3X OC
“Most of Blackwell’s strength doesn’t come from rasterisation, but instead its Frame Generation feature set. This affords graphics cards the ability to insert AI frames in between natively rendered ones.” Read our RTX 5070 review.
Every little helps, as they say, and especially so if the price of the card is competitive to begin with. Perusing the virtual shelves of Amazon UK, one of the participating retailers, highlights the MSI GeForce RTX 5070 12G Inspire 3X OC as a good deal. The card is currently listed at £509.99, with a £40 Steam wallet code bringing the effective cost down to £469.99.
There’s also an Nvidia promo taking place at the same time, whereby any purchaser of an RTX 5070 or above can claim a free digital download code for Arc Raiders.
Further down the stack, the MSI GeForce RTX 5060 8G Inspire 2X OC is currently £259.99, or technically £239.99 if you already have a use for the £20 Steam top-up.

While RTX 5060 didn’t set hearts racing at launch, it remains a competent card for competitive gaming at ubiquitous 1080p or 1440p resolutions. At an effective cost of under £250, it’s an affordable upgrade for the mainstream segment, and packed with all the latest RTX 50 Series mod-cons such as DLSS and multi-frame-generation. It’s also a particularly power-frugal card, with our entire test PC sipping just over 250 watts when gaming with RTX 5060 in situ.
Do note that the offer excludes purchases from Amazon marketplace, and an MSI account is needed to register any purchases and apply for the promotion. Full details on the steps required, as well as a list of participating retailers in the UK and Europe, are available at the official MSI website.
