NZXT releases a trio of refreshed H7 series cases

Return of the Mack.

NZXT has released a refresh of its mid-tower H7 series cases in three options: H7, H7 Flow, and H7 Elite. The hardware manufacturer promises better thermal performance, improved cable management and welcome features such as tool-less entry for side panels.

The H7 and H7 Flow

The Classic and Flow variants are essentially the same design, save for the difference in front panels. While the H7 comes kitted with an enclosed front panel and receives ventilation from the rear side, H7 Flow is less airflow restricted and features a punch-hole style, fully perforated front panel.

In terms of dimensions, it’s a mid-tower ATX case coming in at 230 x 505 x 480 mm, and compared to the previous-generation H710, now features a removable top panel that allows for mounting of up to 360mm radiators and improved thermal performance. Speaking of radiator support, the front also allows for up to 360mm radiators in push/pull configuration, thanks to its basement cut-out, and a 140mm in the back if you so choose.

The trio of cases all features four dedicated 2.5in mounts on the rear side and two 3.5in hard drive mounts in the bottom of the case. Cable management should be a breeze thanks to its larger size, and NZXT has expanded routing channels, added accompanying hooks and Velcro straps to keep those cables in check.

Front panel I/O include two USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports, a USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C port, power button and a single 3.5mm audio jack.

The H7 and H7 Flow come with two included 120mm case fans to get you started and are available in black, black with white accents, and white colour options.

The H7 Elite

Intended for those who love all things RGB, the Elite includes the same features with the addition of tempered glass in both the front and side. Carrying a heftier price tag, three additional F-series 140mm RGB fans and a single F-series 140mm non-RGB quiet fan are included with the purchase.

NZXT also includes an RGB and fan controller compatible using NZXT CAM software to control and monitor fan speeds and lighting. Colour options are limited to all-black or all-white only.

Pricing starts at £119.99 for both H7 and H7 Flow while the H7 Elite comes in at £179.99 and is available today via NZXT’s website. Additional accessories include a vertical GPU mount and PCIe riser cable, priced at £74.99 and £29.99, respectively.
