There are mouse pads you game on, and then there are mouse pads you display like fine art. SteelSeries clearly knows the difference, as its latest collaboration with Valve brings one of gaming’s most coveted weapon skins, AWP Dragon Lore, into the physical realm. The result is a fiery, fantasy-themed collection that trades cyberpunk neon for medieval menace, and I already know I won’t be able to help myself.
SteelSeries x CS2 Dragon Lore Collection features two pieces: a custom wireless gaming mouse and a sprawling QcK XXL mousepad, each drenched in the ornate scales and fiery flourishes of Dragon Lore’s legendary aesthetic.

SteelSeries Dragon Lore Collection
Feast your eyes on the latest SteelSeries collaboration, bringing one of CS2’s best weapon skins to life.
The mouse is a customised take on Aerox 3 Wireless, sporting a retooled chassis and trigger design for this exclusive run. Beneath the surface sits an 18,000 DPI TrueMove Air optical sensor co-developed with PixArt, dual wireless connectivity (2.4GHz and Bluetooth), and up to 200 hours of battery life. It’s lightweight, snappy, and those gold-accented grips look absolutely deadly.
As for the pad, it’s a full 900 x 400 x 2mm QcK XXL mat made with the usual signature micro-woven cloth with a non-slip rubber base, but the CS2 Dragon Lore visuals give your setup a desk-length facelift. A long-time favourite of esports pros, the mouse pad is dressed to kill with a full-scale dragon sprawled in golden-red glory. With a beige background, you’ll certainly think twice about cleaning it more regularly.

This marks SteelSeries’ third Counter-Strike collaboration after Neon Rider and Neo Noir, but it’s the first tied directly to CS2 and the first to lean into fantasy over futurism. Where previous drops evoked spray-paint and synthwave, Dragon Lore is all tapestries and treasure, bringing a completely different vibe to the brand’s collection.
Both items are available to pre-order ahead of a July 1, 2025 launch. Pricing is set at $149.99 / £119.99 for the Dragon Lore wireless mouse, and $49.99 / £39.99 for the QcK XXL pad. Quantities are limited, so you might want to act faster than a CT-side rotate.
I’ve collected more limited-edition pads than I care to admit, but waiting around isn’t a smart decision. Miss out and you’ll be forced to pay a fortune on Ebay instead, just like I did with the Destiny collections. Now, I just hope I’ll see a Rainbow Six Siege X iteration in the future.
