Gigabyte has announced GeForce RTX 5090 Aorus Stealth Ice, targeting users in search of the cleanest PC build aesthetics. Joining the brand’s Stealth motherboard and case series, this graphics card is the final piece of the puzzle for a proper ‘cable-free’ machine.
Gigabyte has built GeForce RTX 5090 Aorus Stealth with enhanced aesthetics and airflow in mind, featuring a concealed 12V-2×6 power connector. This innovation is a continuation of the brand’s initiative to streamline cable management across its product portfolio, including motherboards, cases, and graphics cards. Whether you’re a minimalist seeking a clear view over your hardware or an enthusiast aiming for the sleekest machine, Gigabyte’s Stealth series is for you.
Gigabyte unfortunately hasn’t shared many details in this announcement. However, based on the shared picture and previously teased products, it seems that RTX 5090 Stealth will opt for a removable backplate, which hides the 12v-2×6 power connector and cable in a way similar to Sapphire’s Nitro+ RX 9070 XT. Though not as sophisticated as Asus’ proprietary 600W PCIe power connector, this approach has the advantage of retaining compatibility with existing systems.

On the subject of compatibility, the RTX 5090 Stealth would be a perfect complement to the brand’s recently announced X870 and B850 Stealth motherboards. Additionally, Gigabyte has ensured that multiple manufacturers are already planning compatible chassis, so users will have an alternative option to its in-house C500 Panoramic Stealth Ice case. Furthermore, to keep consistency, the case, motherboard, and graphics card, all boast a fantastic white finish to maintain a uniform style. That said, Gigabyte may release black variants later, depending on market demand.
Gigabyte didn’t share any release dates or price targets, though you can expect a premium for its unique nature. Regardless, the price should drop with time as the Stealth design becomes more mainstream. For the time being, the lucky ones who get one can enjoy a cable-free view of their fancy hardware.
