Arctic has just announced a handsome 360mm AIO liquid cooler to tame CPUs with high core counts in workstations and servers. Arctic says the Liquid Freezer WS360 has been engineered for continuous operation, so it can stably maintain AMD Epyc and Threadripper Pro chips with 96 cores, as well as Intel Xeon CPUs.
The Liquid Freezer WS360 features an enlarged copper cold plate design to fully cover workstation CPUs and improve thermal transfer. It’s built for demanding 24/7 workloads, and is helped by its combination of a high-density 38mm radiator and pre-installed Arctic P12 Pro PST CO fans. The latter are similar to their Arctic 12 Pro consumer counterparts, but this time use dual ball bearings instead of fluid dynamic bearings, in order to boost durability, heat-resistance, and lifespan.
Arctic also advertises a brand‑new waterblock design with high‑density micro fins, claiming that it offers efficient chamber flow, and a durable pump, as well as durable and leak-resistant braided EPDM tubing. While Arctic hasn’t shared the exact dimensions of the Liquid Freezer WS360, it mentions compatibility with its Xtender chassis. According to Arctic, the Liquid Freezer WS360 can keep a 96-core AMD Threadripper Pro 7995WX temperature down to 60.2°C, even when it’s running at 450W.

Unlike its consumer AIO coolers, such as the Arctic Liquid Freezer III Pro 360 ARGB, which support multiple sockets and brands at the same time using replaceable mounting brackets, this new model will be available in three variants specifically designed for each socket package. These include Intel’s LGA4710 and LGA4677 sockets on the WS360-4710, AMD’s SP5 on the WS360-SP5 formats, and AMD’s SP6, SP3, sTR5, sWRX8, sTRX4, and TR4 sockets on the WS360-SP6. In other words, each model is designed around the mounting holes and mechanical design of each platform, allowing it to lock tightly and perform optimally.
The Liquid Freezer WS360 lineup will be available at the following prices, backed by a six-year warranty.
- WS360-4710 for Intel LGA4710 and LGA4677 at $114.99 ($174.99 MSRP) / €174.99.
- WS360-SP5 for AMD SP5 at $119.99 ($179.99 MSRP) / €179.99.
- WS360-SP6 for AMD SP6, SP3, sTR5, sWRX8, sTRX4, and TR4 at $109.99 ($169.99 MSRP) / €169.99.
All variants come bundled with 2g of high-performance Arctic MX-7 thermal paste, which is designed to maximise thermal performance and reliability. Arctic recommends applying three parallel lines to ensure even coverage of large surface CPUs.

On the subject of performance, Arctic claims that Liquid Freezer WS360 is capable of dissipating up to 800W of CPU heat while consuming just 14.8W of power, which it says reduces the total cost of ownership (TCO). As usual, these fans are powered via a 4-pin PWM signal, with the pump taking 12V DC.
