The annual Consumer Electronics Show (CES) has officially begun. The three biggest tech giants are a mainstay for the event, and Nvidia has a major press conference in the works for CES 2024. As always, we’ll cover all the juicy details alongside all the other presentations, but you can watch it all unfold yourself via livestream.

How to watch

Nvidia’s CES press conference kicks off at 08:00 PT / 11:00 ET / 16:00 GMT on January 8. Nvidia spent a lot of time on generative AI during last year’s keynote, and you can expect much the same this year. According to Nvidia, it will unveil its latest advancements in AI, and a spectrum of other “cutting-edge technologies.”

Specifically, Team Green’s tech will be the focus of 14 conference sessions, including CES Digital Hollywood, Reshaping Retail – AI Creating Opportunity, Robots at Work, and Cracking the Smart Car, to name but a few. To that end, Nvidia has demos planned with a diverse lineup of popular brands from Asus, Segway, Google, and Mercedes-Benz.

Nonetheless, you can tune in directly over on Nvidia’s website, and add the special address to your calendar as a reminder. Alternatively, you can catch it all on Twitch and YouTube, with VODs to follow once the presentation’s done.

What to expect

Besides AI taking centre stage, we have heard rumours that Nvidia would update its RTX 40 Series graphics cards with an all-new RTX Super refresh.

These might include the RTX 4070 Ti Super, RTX 4070 Super, and RTX 4080 Super, if the rumours prove true. Remember ladies and gents, it’s Super models, not supermodels.

We can’t wait to see what Nvidia has in store for us.
